Orders will be mailed within 5 business days or sooner. Custom orders on headcovers can take up to 7 days but it usually ship out sooner. Other custom order times will vary accordingly–please ask.
I accept return of merchandise for exchange. (I only accept return on *NEW* items) Request for return of merchandise must be made within 3 days after receiving the merchandise and items must be returned in the original new condition as shipped.
Items are sold as is and returns or refunds **cannot** be based off of person preference. We, Sowers of Hope, do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible. Only damaged wares or legitimate claims of poor quality will be accepted for returns or refunds.
*Note: Shipping costs to return items and receive exchange(s) back are the responsibility of the customer. Buyer *must* email me and receive conformation of return to receive return authorization .
